• i’m starting a talent pool. the idea- ive helped startups hire 50+ people, but the BEST came when i found the talent first, they told me exactly what they wanted to do, and then i found a startup needing someone like them. i am formalizing this process into a talent pool to reach more people who have special startup skills. if you want to work at a startup and have something to offer, please fill out the form on my site.
